Since 1984, Mario Héroux has been the owner of the Sports Experts located in Carrefour Richelieu. He is actively involved in the local community, and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haut- Richelieu and as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Health Foundation of the Haut-Richelieu Hospital.

Martine Rouleau

Director of Finance and Procurement, Fort St-Jean Corporation
Martine Rouleau is Director of Finance and Procurement at Corporation Fort St-Jean (CFSJ) since 2017. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and has held multiple management roles.
Certified professional accountant since 1989, she began her career at Desmarais, Lapratte, Phénix & associés C.A for 4 years and subsequently became partner. In December 2000, she decided to jump to the very large company at Bombardier Transport Canada inc. where she stays for more than 17 years. She has held various managerial positions and played various roles, mainly within an international team. In March 2017, she joined CFSJ. It is the contract management challenges that motivated Martine to join CFSJ. Her area of expertise is the standardization of accounting processes and the replication of those processes on a larger scale.
Charles Bolduc

Chief of the Foreign Division, Canadian Forces Language School
Charles Bolduc is the Chief of the Foreign Division at the Canadian Forces Language School. Previously, Executive Advisor to the Commandant of the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School (CFLRS). Experienced leader, he is recognized as a competent, articulate and effective leader who has met many challenges. He completed 20 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, including more than 15 years as an executive in charge of teams ranging from 35 to 500 people.
He was an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces with the Royal 22e Régiment. He served as an instructor and Adjudant at CFLRS. He participated in two operational deployments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Afghanistan as an Infantry Company Commander. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Royal Military College of Canada and received a commendation from the Chief of Defense Staff for his leadership in Afghanistan.
As a dedicated family member, he is committed to CFLRS mission, military values and the training of the next generation in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Frédéric Dumais

Assistant Director – Market Development, Desjardins Military Fund
With more than 20 years of experience, Frédéric has developed expertise in management and advisory roles, including five years as a manager in Desjardins Group.
In addition, Mr. Dumais knows the military well, his father having worked nearly 42 years in the regular forces and on the reserve, thus allowing to understand the military reality. Frédéric holds a Certificate in Organizational Management from Laval University and a background in International Business. His areas of expertise are focused on team development, business development and strategic alignment. Finally, he is involved with the community by participating in several fundraisers for charitable purposes.

Steve Hétu

Director General of the Corporation du Fort Saint-Jean
Steve Hétu joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1996 with the Reserve Force and a year later transferred to the Regular Force with the Royal 22e Régiment. In April 2016, after two years in command of the 2nd Canadian Division Support Group Operations Services, Steve Hétu retired from the Canadian Armed Forces and was appointed Director General of the Corporation du Fort Saint-Jean.
